Man cleared of ABH assault
A BALLYMENA man has been given a two-year conditional discharge after admitting charges of aggravated assault and breaching a non-molestation order.
Sydney William John Collins (41), who had been residing at a bail address in Magherafelt, was cleared of a more serious charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm at Ballymena Magistrates Court.
