Man cries 'fowl' over missing ducks

A man has reported that 240 ducks and 2 geese have gone missing from a field off the Culmore Road, close to Foyle Hospice.

It is understood the birds went missing sometime between 6pm and 10pm on June 19.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Strand Road on 0845 600 8000. Alternatively information can be passed on anonymously through the "Crimestoppers" charity on freephone 0800 555 111. The man is considering offering a small monetary award for information.
