Man denies threat to kill charges
A BALLYMENA man is contesting charges of making threats to kill and causing criminal damage.
A contest date of April 29 was set at Ballymena Magistrates Court in the case of Gavin William Howard (22), currently residing at a bail address in Portrush.
Howard is accused of two counts of making threats to kill and a further charge of damaging a door.
The offences are alleged to have taken place on December 15.
