Man dies after house fire in Derry
A man aged in his 20s has died in a house fire at De Burgh Square in Derry.
The fire service was alerted to the blaze shortly after 11am this morning, Monday April 27, after neighbours spotted smoke.
The man was found in a living room of the house and declared dead at the scene.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
The deceased has not yet been officially named.
