Man drove with no seatbelt
A COLERAINE man who drove without a seatbelt has been given a fine and penalty points.
North Antrim Magistrates’ Court heard that Stephen Caldwell (28) of Glenvara Drive, was detected by police on the Daneshill Road on January 23.
The defendant was unable to take a fixed penalty for the offence as his licence was with his solicitor.
District Judge, Richard Wilson, fined Caldwell 60 and gave him three penalty points.
