Michael McCloskey (22), of Gallagh Road, Toomebridge, admitted charges of disorderly behaviour in licensed premises and resisting police on April 10.

A prosecuting lawyer said McCloskey, who was heavily intoxicated, was ejected by door staff at 1.20am.

Counsel said when spoken to by police McCloskey became aggressive and physical and had to be handcuffed.

The lawyer said defendant was later arrested and began to struggle and resist police, saying “f**k off” and “black b***d”. McCloskey, who was not professionally represented, said it was “all true I accept it.”

District Judge Alan White noted McCloskey had no previous record just a caution.
