Man faces herbalcannabis charges
A 28-year-old man is to stand trial at Londonderry Crown Court accused of drugs offences.
Gary Martin Holmes, of Culmore Road, is charged with being concerned in an offer to supply herbal cannabis.
He is also accused of possessing the class B drug. The offences were allegedly committed between October and November 2013.
Holmes confirmed he understood the charges against him.
It was accepted there is a case for the 28-year-old to answer.
Holmes was released on his own bail of £250 until September 7.
