Man faces two assault charges
A Maghera man was released on personal bail of £300, with conditions, when he appeared at Magherafelt Magistrates Court on two assault charges.
Sean McKenna (21), of Hall Crescent, is accused of assaulting two people, causing them actual bodily harm, on October 13.
A police constable told the court she could connect the accused to the charges.
A PPS lawyer said medical evidence was outstanding and requested an adjournment.
The judge adjourned the case until December 7.
