Last week’s Banbridge Magistrates Court, heard how Garth Michael Williams from Mill Road Ballyroney, lost his bail address meaning he had return to prison on remand.

Williams faces a total of five charges; possession of indecent photographs, making indecent photographs of a child, distributing indecent photos of a child and possession of an extreme pornographic image - each charge relates to 3 March 2014.

The fifth charge is that on a date unknown, he had sexual intercourse with a living animal.

His solicitor told the court that the landlady had withdrew his tenancy meaning the address was revoked.

The Judge was told that there have been no issues with his conduct on bail and his behaviour was described as “exemplary.”

The court also heard that Williams voluntarily surrendered himself to police upon leaning about the bail address problem.

His solicitor said enquiries were ongoing to find him a suitable bail address and he asked the court for a one week adjournment.

Williams will appear again in court on 18 September.
