Man fined
A CLOUGHMILLS man said he was on his way to collect his mother when police stopped him and found he was on the road without insurance or a driving licence.
Martin Swann (39), of Ballycregagh Road, was fined a total of 200 and will have six penalty points imposed on any licence he gets in future.
North Antrim Magistrates Court in Coleraine heard on Friday the offences were detected at Ballybogey Road near Ballymoney on October 28, 2009.
