Man fined for insurance lapse
Ruari Clements, Ashgrove Manor, Portadown (18) was fined £200 last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for driving without having insurance on November 4 last year. He was also given six points.
Clements, who pleaded guilty himself, said the insurance had run out just prior to this and he was not aware that it had.
