Man found with a knife at Union Bridge
A man has been arrested after being found in possesisno of a knife.
In the early evening of Friday July 3 policed received a report of a domestic incident. Following the report, CCTV operators in the Lisburn control room observed a male on Union Bridge with a large kitchen knife tucked into the waistband of his shorts.
Police were informed and directed to the male, who was subsequently stopped and arrested for possession of an offensive weapon, namely an item with a blade or point.
