Andrew Lucas (24), whose address was given to the court as Churchill Park, Portadown, admitted having a Galactia rocket without a fireworks licence on December 8 last
year.

The court heard the rocket was found during a search of the defendant’s home.

A barrister representing the defendant said the rocket had been there since Halloween and Lucas had forgotten it was on the premises.

A destruction order was made for the firework.
