For the threat to kill he was jailed for five months and a concurrent four month term was imposed for breaching the court order.
A six weeks suspended sentence was also put into operation to run consecutively making a total of six and a half months in custody.
The court heard that on July 11 at 9.05pm police went to a disturbance at Rectory Road where they saw the injured party, the defendant’s mother, shouting at him.
She alleged he had made a threat saying: “You will see. I will get my friends to kill you.”

Ksizer locked himself in the bathroom and the door had to be forced open. He was extremely intoxicated.
The defendant admitted breaching the order but could not remember anything about the threat.
A non molestation order hand been made in court on June 2 and Ksizer had breached it on June 6 and given a two month prison sentence.
He was released on July 4 and committed the latest offences on July 11.

Mr Conor Downey, representing the defendant, said Ksizer had been remanded in custody since then and wanted the matter dealt with as quickly as possible.
District Judge, Mr Mervyn Bates, said the aggravating features were that the defendant breached the order shortly after it was made and again after he had been released from custody.
He added that there was also a threat to kill and clearly only a custodial sentence was possible.
