He was arrested by detectives from the PSNI’s Serious Crime Branch in Bangor.

Mr. Horner was gunned down in the carpark of Sainsbury’s supermarket in Bangor in front of his three-year-old son last Sunday afternoon.

Mr. Horner had recently relocated to the County Down town amid fears that he would be targeted in the same paramilitary feud that claimed the life of loyalist Geordie Gilmore in March.
