Man released on bail
A man arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent after a woman was stabbed in Coleraine on Saturday, has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
On Saturday, a 35 year old man on suspicion of GBH with intent and a number of other offences including possession of a class B drug after a woman was stabbed in the Long Commons area of the town.
Inspector Jonathan Brown said that the victim, a woman was taken to hospital for treatment to stab wounds, “which are not thought to be life threatening.”
