Man suffers facial injuries after attack
POLICE in Ballymena are appealing for information about an assault.
At about 1.45am on Sunday, three men were standing near licensed premises at Grove Road when one of them was attacked and knocked to the ground by two unknown men. He sustained injuries to his upper lip and left cheek.
The first assailant was described as being about 5ft8ins to 5ft 10in tall with shirt, dark hair. He was aged in his late teens or early 20s and was wearing a red top.
The second assailant was about the same height and age and had short, spiked dirty-fair hair.
