Mr Gabriel Ingram, representing the defendant, said Glen was drunk at the time and couldn’t
remember throwing the
cup.

District Judge, Mr Desmond Perry, asked if alcohol was the problem.

Mr Ingram said it was
alcohol and drugs.

Judge Perry said released from prison on September 15 on time served and that a probation report was not very positive.

Mr Ingram said that there was a pattern where Glen serves a period of custody and when he gets out with every will in the world not to re-offend but he slips back into offending.

Judge Perry said he would give the defendant a
chance but ‘if he blows it’ he would leave the court with no choice.
