Man who made threat to kill is put on probation
A Lurgan man was put on probation for 12 months last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for making a threat to kill.
Tiarnan Paul Duffy (22) of Lurgantarry, Lurgan was accused of making a threat on March 26 last year.
Defence said this happened after an alleged assault on Duffy’s mother. She had some visible injuries and the defendant had consumed some alcohol.
Duffy was put on probation with the conditions that he attend the anger management programme and alcohol and drug counselling.
