Award recipient Christopher Shannon from Ballymena (pictured) is currently in his second year on the BSc Marketing degree.

He said: “I have always been interested in marketing and see myself as a natural born promoter.

“By studying marketing I aim to leverage that skill to benefit individuals and brands. I have always enjoyed using creativity to achieve results and grew up with a business mind-set so I chose the BSc Marketing degree at Jordanstown as I felt it would be the best area to showcase my talents.

“I am currently applying for industrial placements in Northern Ireland and I hope to grab a placement in events or brand management as I feel these areas compliment my skills the best.”
