Martin McGuinness offers sympathy following death of Peaches
Mid-Ulster Sinn Féin MLA Martin McGuinness is one of the many celebrities and politicians who’ve taken to Twitter to express their shock and sadness at the death of socialite Peaches Geldof.
The former MP, who is currently in London, tweeted: ‘The loss of Peaches Geldof is very sad for her family and friends - very sorry for them, so tragic.’
The death of the television presenter has been deemed not suspicious, but unexplained and sudden.
A post mortem is due to be carried out within the next few days.
