Masked men in cemetery

Dissidents and republicans took part in an illegal march from the Kilwilkie estate to St Colman’s where they were addressed by a masked man from the Continuity IRA.

The explosion had occurred just as the march was getting underway.

Those taking part in the illegal march were in full military gear and carrying flags.

It had been reported in a Sunday newspaper that the crowd which had gathered were told by the speaker in the graveyard that the paramilitary group will “drive the British out of Ireland”.
