Masonic Hall to throw open doors

THE board of management of the Freemason's Hall in Bishop Street are inviting members of the public to come along to an open evening to explore the former Bishop's Palace on Friday night.

The listed building opposite the Courthouse will throw its doors open from 6.30pm to 10.30pm with continuous guided tours throughout the evening and tea and coffee for refreshments.

The board state: “The public are cordially invited to come and see one of the most elegant listed buildings in the inner city and enlarge their knowledge of the wonderful rich heritage in our midst.”
