May set to visit Coleraine

For Northern Ireland comic, May McFettridge, has announced she’ll be visiting Coleraine on Wednesday, April 21.

The national treasure recently signed up to be the face of an upcoming TV advertising campaign for Open + Direct Insurance and is embarking on a tour of the province to meet and greet her fans.

May will be appearing at the Open + Direct Coleraine branch at 8-10 Abbey Street between 3pm and 4.30pm.

May agreed to team up with Open + Direct Insurance, Northern Ireland’s largest high street car insurance retailer, following its pledge to donate 10,000 to her nominated charity, Children in Crossfire, over the duration of the campaign.

May said: “I’m really pleased to join Open + Direct Insurance, and delighted that they have pledged to donate so much money to such a worthy cause.

“Come and meet me at the Coleraine branch of Open + Direct to see how you can help. If you can’t make it, keep an eye out for me. I’ll be out and about around the town.”
