Mayor attends annualCollege Freshers’ Fair

LISBURN’S Mayor, Councillor Brian Heading made a special guest appearance at the annual Freshers’ Fair in the South Eastern Regional College.

Organised by SERC’s Students’ Union, the Fair provides a platform for organisations relating to student health and wellbeing to engage with students, providing advice and information on their services.

In what was SERC’s biggest Freshers’ Fair to date, the College welcomed organisations such as the PSNI, Northern Bank, O2, and X the Txt NI, a not for profit organisation which aims to encourage people not to send text messages while driving.
