Councillor Beckett said: “The Queen has reigned now for 63 years and I wish to pay tribute to the tremendous service and dedication to her role as Monarch, as so ably undertaken by Queen Elizabeth since coming to the throne at 25 years old. Her Majesty has served the country faithfully and consistently, and is revered worldwide as our sovereign for Great Britain.”
