Mayor’s praise for the Queen
THE Mayor of Ballymoney has praised Queen Elizabeth II on the 60th Anniversary of her accession.
Speaking last Monday, Ian Stevenson said: “Today marks the 60th anniversary of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth’s accession to the throne.
“I would like to take this opportunity to express gratitude for Her Majesty’s dedication and devotion to service in the 60 years she has been Queen. Her unfailing commitment to duty has been an example to us all.
“I wish Her Majesty well as she prepares to celebrate her Diamond Jubilee and in the years of her reign to come.”
