MBE congratulations
ON hearing the news that Gilford woman Beverley Burns is to be awarded an MBE as part of the New Year’s Honours List, Upper Bann MLA Jo-Anne Dobson sent her congratulations.
“I send warm congratulations to Beverley,” said Mrs Dobson. “It is always gratifying to learn that the hard work and dedication of local people is recognised each year in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours List, and this year is no exception.
“She joins a long line of worthy recipients from across Banbridge District and beyond who have been recognised for their achievements and in congratulating her, I take this opportunity to applaud them all.”
