McClure appointed
DUP Alderman James McClure has been appointed as a Harbour Commissioner.
At Tuesday’s Coleraine Borough Council meeting, councillors were asked to nominate a new commissioner, following the resignation of councillor Christine Alexander. DUP councillor, Timothy Deans, proposed that the position be filled by Alderman McClure and this was seconded by the Mayor, councillor Sandy Gilkinson.
