McKillop has site meeting with DRD Roads Service

“This meeting was arranged after calls from a concerned resident,” said Cllr McKillop.

“At present, the road is in a bad state with parts falling away and there is a fear that the problem will only get worse.

“This is a real danger to drivers especially at night as their wheel could hit it and cause major damage.

“Roads Service have agreed to look into repairing it.”

The road outside Cushendall caravan park was also discussed and Cllr McKillop would appeal to anyone with overgrown hedges and trees along this stretch of road to cut them as it is impacting visibility.
