McShane welcomes 20mph limit
Independent Moyle councillor Padraig McShane has welcomed the possible introduction of a pilot 20mph speed limit scheme at Whitehall, Ballycastle.
“I hope that after this pilot scheme we see the benefits of a 20mph speed limit in large estates. The scheme will hopefully be rolled out over several estates in the town in the future,” he said.
