MEA Council grants Carrick Cenotaph wreath request
A request by the Lily Among the Thorns Royal Black Perceptory to lay a wreath at the Cenotaph in Carrickfergus on Saturday August 29 has been granted by Mid and East Antrim Borough Council.
At the meeting on July 6, Councillor Mark McKinty proposed that council should accept the request, and was seconded by Councillor Cheryl Johnston.
