The recommendations to initially hold three business stakeholder engagement events based on the geographical locations of businesses were unanimously passed.

Meetings will be attended by the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, the Chairs of Community Planning and Economic Growth and Development, the Chief Executive and an appropriate Director.
