MEA Council’s ‘flow over’ of planning applications
Chief Executive of MEA Council Ann Donaghy has admitted that there could be a “flow over” of planning cases from existing councils to supercouncil planning committees.
Ms Donaghy said that not all applications currently in the system would be dealt with before the new planning committee takes charge in March, including ongoing judicial reviews.
