The woman told the MAIL that if she was involved in an accident and was given a transfusion without medics being aware of her change in blood group, this would be fatal.

The woman has enquired in all the shops she visited in Cookstown that morning.

If anyone has found the bracelet they are asked to contact 028 8676 4091 or hand it in to the police station in Cookstown.
