Meeting over replacement cottage proposal
A DECISION by planners to refuse a proposed cottage replacement has prompted Ballymena Councillor Roy Gillespie to successfully request an office meeting for further discussion on the application.
Proposed by W Forsythe, it centres on a site approximately 30m south-east of 45 Tully Road, Portglenone, and had been scheduled for a refusal by planners on the grounds that it was contrary to policies on Sustainable Development in the Countryside.
