They will also explore Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, the benefits of volunteering and how the AWARE services can help you.

AWARE Chief Executive, Siobhan Doherty said: “The ‘12 days of Christmas’ is an annual campaign by AWARE and has so far been very successful. It is very important to us that we ensure that despite the Christmas holidays, we are still providing support in the form of videos to people who are feeling low over the festive period.

“Last year we received overwhelming messages of support from people telling us that they looked forward to watching the new video every day.

“The videos will begin with a very special message from the whole AWARE staff team that is guaranteed to put a smile on everybody’s faces.
