Messy Church at Bannside Presbyterian

Messy Church is a fresh approach to church, an opportunity for all ages to worship together in a fun and creative way through crafts, songs, activities and stories.

The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and relaxed, and the goal is to create a sense of belonging for all those who take part.

Folks move at their own pace through the various stations which explore the theme.

There is also a time of celebration, in which everyone comes together as a group to sing, pray and worship. Messy Church ends around the table, where a simple, hot meal is enjoyed together.

The theme for this session of Messy Church is ‘God’s Family, Our Family.’

The focus will be on the idea that all of us belong to the same family of believers, and God’s promise to Abraham and Sarah and God’s promise to us will be explored.

All are welcome to come and see what Messy Church is all about.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
