Methodist President visits Seymour Street

The President of the Methodist Church in Ireland Rev Dr Heather Morris was welcomed to morning worship in Seymour Street Methodist Church recently by local Minister Rev Brian Anderson.

Mr Anderson said Dr Morris had made 
a significant contribution to the life of 
the Methodist Church across Ireland and spoke warmly of the impact she had made 
in many areas of Church life including 
working with the other Church 
Leaders.

In her address the President challenged members of the Congregation to focus on the true Christmas message and to reach out practically to help those for whom the Christmas season had the potential of being a lonely and painful time.
