Methodists says farewell to Minister

Seymour Street Methodist Church was full to capacity on a recent Sunday evening when Members of the Congregation joined with others from the Circuit, local Churches and Community Groups to say farewell to Rev Brian Anderson.

The Service was conducted by Lay Pastoral Assistant Shirley Carrington and the praise was led by the Men’s Choir.

Everyone was entertained to supper afterwards and Mr Anderson’s 10 years of ministry were acknowledged by a series of speakers

Good wishes were expressed to Mr Anderson and his family as he moves to Minister in Bangor.

In his closing remarks Mr Anderson commented on the warm fellowship he had enjoyed not only in Seymour Street but also from other Churches in the City as well as the Community in general
