During an appearance at East Tyrone Magistrates Court via video link, a solicitor for Michael Dynes, 39, from Rossin View, told the court: “My client has been subjected to harassment and abuse... by fellow prisoners due to the nature of the charges against him.
“He requests that he not be brought from his cell for video link (from now on),” said Mr Jarlath Faloon, defending.

A preliminary enquiry was fixed for August 17 while the case was adjourned until August 3.
