Millbrook baby Karley arrives early for the Jubilee
AS the UK was celebrating the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, there was another reason for a Millbrook couple to rejoice.
As the final touches were being put in place across the country for the Royal festivities on Saturday, June 2, Ashley Montgomery gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at Antrim Area Hospital.
Little Karley had not been due for another two weeks, but arrived just in time to enjoy the four-day weekend with her mum and proud dad, Ryan Glass. She was born at a healthy fives pounds 13oz at 11.18am.
First-time mum Ashey, who was back at her Millbrook home by Monday, June 4, said: “Clearly Karley just couldn’t wait to come out and join in the celebrations with her family.”
