The workshop draws on the ancient practice of mindfulness meditation in order to produce healing and transformation in individual lives. Mindfulness seeks to develop and nourish present moment awareness. Practicing mindfulness can show us how to let go of negative thoughts and feelings that can cause us to feel stressed, anxious or low. This will help us meet the inevitable challenges of life in a more relaxed and calm manner.

Caroline Stewart trained at Oxford to teach Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and has been practicing mindfulness and working as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for more than ten years. She is committed to helping people find skills and tools that will enable them to cope with the stresses that life causes for most of us at some point in our lives.
