MLA congratulates Ballyward Masons

Independent Unionist MLA John McCallister has congratulated Ballyward Masonic Hall Management Committee on completing their recent extension and refurbishment project.

“I fully supported their application to the DRAP funding programme last year and was delighted to attend their official opening on Saturday,” said Mr McCallister.

“It’s great to see this venue can now be opened up to various groups and organisations in the rural area.

“Groups such as Homestart, playgroups and those centred around older persons.

“The funding project will help develop a caring and thriving rural community with the capacity to develop the rural economy.”
