MLA invites constituents to celebration

LAGAN Valley MLA Basil McCrea will be hosting a Celebration of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and HRH Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh’s 65th Wedding Anniversary at Stormont on November 24.

Mr McCrea welcomes anyone who wants to attend. “This is sure to be a wonderful evening with plenty of entertainment and dancing to mark the Queen’s 65th Wedding Anniversary,” he said. “I would encourage anyone interested in attending to contact me.

“We plan to mark the occasion with music and entertainment. I held a similar event on the Queen’s 60th Wedding Anniversary in 2007 which was well attended and very successful.”
