MLA to raise Magherafelt school 'safety concerns' with minister
Safety concerns about speeding traffic at the gates of a Magherafelt school are to be raised with the Infrastructure Minister.
Mid Ulster MLA Ian Milne said parents have contacted him about safety concerns at Spires Integrated Primary on the Moneymore Road following the opening of the new Magherafelt bypass."I will be taking the earliest opportunity to speak with my party colleague and Minister for Infrastructure, Chris Hazzard MLA regarding parents concerns," said Mr Milne. "Having previously been involved in a meeting on site regarding road safety concerns, I will be giving this important matter my full attention over the next few days."
