Model music hut to be knocked down
THE caretaker’s house and ‘the music hut’ in the grounds of the Model Primary School in Londonderry are to be demolished.
The Western Education and Library Board (WELB) has applied for permission for the demolition.
The planners have deemed the application for the “demolition of existing ‘caretakers house’ and a prefabricated school hut ‘the music hut.’”
