The Autumn programme includes Men’s and Ladies keep fit classes, Vocal Group, Arts and Crafts, Creative Art, Pilates, Armchair Aerobics, Bridge, Bowls, Badminton, various levels of walking groups and many other activities.

Monthly information talks, day trips and social events are also part of what the Group offers, with the aim of satisfying the needs of the community.

Chairperson Sam Loughrey commented ‘Open Day’ will give people the opportunity to see at first hand the range of activities on offer and hopefully they will find something that appeals to them and in turn will enrol as a member.
