Money advice at Larne library

Libraries NI is inviting Larne residents to make use of free one-to-one confidential money advice being made available in the Pound Street branch library.

A4e is delivering these face-to-face money advice sessions in libraries, on behalf of the Money Advice Service, to help members of the public understand and manage their money better.

This free, completely impartial money guidance service covers a wide range of topics and offers advice for people of all ages and all incomes, on issues from budgeting to saving, credit and borrowing, mortgages, insurance, pensions and retirement planning.

The sessions in Larne are held on the afternoon of the second Monday of each month.

Josephine Patten, Information Manager with Libraries NI, said: “Libraries NI is delighted to offer members of the public this free and confidential Money Advice Service, delivered by A4e, in a total of 23 libraries across 18 council areas in Northern Ireland.

“One of the aims of Libraries NI is to promote key information services to the public, so by partnering with a4e, we can target people in our communities who could benefit from free and impartial money assistance. Everyone is welcome to use this free service, so contact any of these libraries to book a session.”
