It follows an explosion in the nearby Victoria St area during a police operation on Saturday.

No one was injured but police believed it was designed to kill officers who had been lured to the area.

They had initially been responding to reports of a device and had been evacuating homes when the second object exploded.

There had been searches yesterday and Wednesday.

The PSNI were asked for a comment and the MAIL is awaiting a response.
